Regular orders
For products currently in stock, which 925e.com will ship within 2 business days, 4 business days, or per your advice (step order).
$800 is the minimum for the first order and $350 is the minimum for subsequent orders.
The minimums are there to allow our operational costs to remain as low as possible AND to make sure 925e.com does not sell to your clients.
Production orders
For products currently in stock or not in stock, which 925e.com will take 4-6 weeks to produce and ship.
Sample order
For products currently in stock only, which 925e.com will take 2-4 days to ship.
Sample orders, limited to $75.00 value and other special conditions, are welcome throughout the year beside to the holiday season, September through December.

VOLUME DISCOUNTS
At 925e.com volume-discounts are determined by your 30 day purchasing volume, and NOT just per single purchase.
This is to your advantage because it is not necessary for you to make one large order.
Instead, you may make a number of orders and still enjoy the discount, provided the combined orders value is $3,000 or more, and is within the 30 days time frame.
The discount will immediately be applied once the overall value of your orders reaches $3,000 or more.
Example:
Order #1 on 01 January 2007 Value: $1,000 Discount = 0%
Order #2 on 28 January 2007 Value: $2,000 Discount = $150.00 (5% on aggregate $3,000)
Volume-Discounts for orders paid via money transfer:
$3,000 – $4,999 = 5% $5,000 – $7,999 = 7%
$8,000 – $11,999 = 10% $12,000 & Up = 12%
Volume-Discounts for orders paid via credit cards:
$3,000 – $4,999 = 2.5% $5,000 – $7,999 = 5%
$8,000 – $11,999 = 8% $12,000 & Up = 10%
SHIPPING, INSURANCE & EXPORT DOCUMENTS
925e.com will always ship your order with official export documents issued by the Thai Customs department, insured and express delivered, door to door with UPS or the courier of your choice.
Shipping
To insure you always pay the lowest possible shipping costs, 925e.com will select the most cost effective courier to deliver your order, from the following carriers:
- UPS: United Parcel Service (default option). - TNT
- FedEx: Federal Express. - EMS: Express Mail Service.
Delivery Schedule: 3-5 days to your door step.
Please notify 925e.com of your preferred courier or e-mail us your shipper account.
Please note: over-night delivery is not available for international shipments.
Insurance
All parcels shipped are insured with CGU or MSIG at the following rates:
$12.00 for parcels valued up to $400.00
$18.00 for parcels valued $401.00 to $1800.00
For parcels over $1,801.00: $18.00 + (0.0075 x the value over $1,800.00)
Example: A shipment valued at $2,800.00 will cost $25.50 to insure.
$18.00 + (0.0075 x $1000) = $25.50
Export Documents for your shipment
925e.com is an official exporter registered with the Thai Export Department.
Having official export documents will provide you with maximum savings on import duties, authenticate the products and certifies their origin.
Export documents cost about US$30.00 per shipment and are fully paid by 925e.com, that is free for you.
