Green Tea (40% caffeine): Rather than say “caffeine” here, we have green tea. Chemically there is no difference–be careful with taking too much of this.
L-tyrosine: L-tyrosine is a protein amino acid. It is classified as a conditionally essential amino acid. Under most circumstances, the body can synthesize sufficient L-tyrosine to meet its demands.
Taurine: It occurs in the body as a free molecule and is not in muscle proteins. The taurine molecule is water soluble and thus doesn’t easily cross the mostly fatty membranes of the body’s cells but it is present in all membranes.
Glucurnolactone: Glucuronolactone is a popular ingredient in most caffeinated energy drinks. Glucuronolactone is included because it fights fatigue and provide a sense of well-being.

However, the minimal little information that can be obtained on the websites about the does not engender confidence in the supplement.
