STEP 1. Recruit First

Home business is network marketing. It is composed of uplines and downlines. What are these uplines and downlines? Uplines are independent representatives who recruit another independent representative which he/she will use in the direct selling of goods and services to customers. Simply put, the recruiter is the upline. He/She gets his commission on the sales of the other independent representatives. How about downline? The recruited independent representatives are the downlines. Home business is a commission-based joint effort of uplines and downlines. That is the main reason why both uplines and downlines must work hand-in-glove. Without the other, the whole business force will be paralyzed. It will not function. So what does it mean, both parties share the same level of importance or significance to the group. Can you imagine home business without uplines and downlines? It can’t be, right?
