It is definite that once the body learns how to use exercises for development, it develops strategies of survival and muscle building becomes easier. These are the challenges that every body builder must fight and perfect the routines to avoid failure in the later stages of body building.
Fatigue, though it might be seen as a minor challenge happens to be a detrimental factor in any body building process. There is a point of training that individuals are overwhelmed and they cannot continue due to fatigue. Just incase the body builder ignores the fatigue and continues, there is always a painful price to pay. There is a possibility that he will end up with fatal injuries which in turn might rule him out totally from practicing any body building routine. Insufficient energy is also another challenge that the body faces when body building. Make sure that when you are practicing, you have enough of food supplies, energy drinks and structure the program in a way that the body will not be limited of energy. Disease pops in at anytime within the body and it destroys many plans. This also affects body building to a great extent. When you are training, it is definite that the body needs all the energy and health must be maintained all through. However, due to external and internal forces which are uncontrollable, it becomes difficult to keep the body fit and healthy. Disease affects the body and compromises the way you train in body building.
