If you are having difficulty performing intense aerobic exercises such as jogging, you can simply walk. Walking is a very good form of aerobic exercises which can help you burn a lot of calories. Apart form helping you burn plenty of calories, walking is very simple exercise to perform since it is not very involving.
The other exercise you need to undertake is strength training exercises. This form of exercise is a very good way for you to increase your muscles. An increase in your body muscles will also enable you to increase your body metabolism which will cause you to lose fat in the process.
You should also eat healthy meals in order to prevent your body from going into starvation mode. You should watch your calorie reduction such that it is not too drastic.
